I'm not a sleep scientist. I'm someone who couldn't sleep for 730 consecutive nights and got obsessive about finding out why.

After 18 months of deep research into circadian biology, sleep architecture, and behavioral sleep interventions, I developed a system that worked. Not perfectly every night, but consistently enough that 3 AM awakenings went from nightly to rare.

This book is that system. Every technique is grounded in peer-reviewed research and field-tested during my own recovery.
